IPTV Reseller Dashboard: What It Shows and How to Use It
Published: 2025-05-15
The IPTV reseller dashboard is the web-based control centre where you manage every aspect of your reseller operation — from activating new customer accounts to monitoring expiry dates and tracking your credit balance. This guide explains each section of the dashboard so you can use it efficiently from day one.
The Credit Balance Display
The most prominent figure on the dashboard is your current credit balance. Every activation and renewal deducts from this balance — 1 credit per month of subscription per customer account. The dashboard updates the balance immediately after each deduction. If your balance falls to zero, the panel blocks further activations until you purchase additional credits.
Most dashboards display your balance in the header or summary panel, making it visible at all times without navigating away from your main working view.
Customer Account List
The account list is where you spend most of your time. It shows every customer account with columns for:
- Username — the customer's login credential
- Status — active, expired or trial
- Expiry date — when the current subscription ends
- Connections — how many simultaneous streams the account allows
- Actions — buttons to edit, renew or deactivate the account
Sorting the list by expiry date is the key daily habit — it immediately shows which accounts are expiring soonest so you can prioritise renewal contact.
Account Creation Interface
Creating a new customer account requires: a username, password, subscription duration and connection count. The panel validates that your credit balance can cover the selected duration before confirming. Once created, the credentials are available immediately for the customer to use.
Activity and Usage Log
Many dashboards include an activity log showing recent credit deductions alongside the account they were applied to. This gives you an audit trail of all activations and renewals — useful for reconciling your credit purchases against your customer base, and for tracking how quickly you are consuming credits.
Sub-Reseller Panel (Premium Only)
On Premium accounts, the dashboard includes a sub-reseller management section. This is where you create sub-reseller accounts, allocate credit balances to each and monitor their aggregate activity. Sub-resellers see only their own panel — you see the combined view from the parent level.
Navigating Efficiently
The dashboard is a single-purpose tool — subscription management and credit tracking. It does not handle your customer billing, payment processing or customer communications. Maintain your customer contact records and payment notes in a separate spreadsheet or customer management tool outside the panel. See the reseller panel management guide for a full operational workflow.
