1. Service Description
IPTV UK Reseller provides IPTV reseller panel and credit packages enabling resellers to manage customer subscriptions. Purchasing a plan constitutes agreement to these terms.
2. Reseller Responsibility
Resellers are responsible for their own customer relationships, pricing and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
3. Credit Packages
Credits do not expire and are non-transferable between accounts. No refunds are issued for unused credits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Service Availability
We aim to maintain service availability but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance may temporarily affect panel availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the credit package purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
