General Policy

Due to the digital and immediate nature of IPTV UK reseller panel access and credit delivery, all sales are generally final once panel access has been granted.

Credit Packages

Credit packages are non-refundable once delivered. Credits do not expire and remain in your account indefinitely.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered where panel access was not delivered as agreed. Such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

Disputes
