The IPTV reseller management panel is more than a simple account creation tool. It is the complete administrative interface for your reseller operation — covering customer account management, credit tracking, expiry monitoring and, on Premium, sub-reseller administration. This guide covers each function in detail.

Customer Account Management

The core function of the management panel is creating, editing and monitoring customer accounts. Creating an account requires: username, password, subscription duration and connection count. Editing allows credential changes and connection count adjustments without deactivating the account. Monitoring shows subscription status, expiry date and last activity for each account.

The account list supports sorting and filtering — sort by expiry date to see upcoming renewals, filter by status (active/expired/trial) to quickly assess your customer base composition.

Credit Tracking Interface

The credit balance is displayed prominently and updates in real time with each activation. The panel typically provides a transaction log showing each credit deduction associated with a specific account, so you can audit exactly how credits have been consumed. This is particularly useful when reconciling a credit top-up against your customer activation rate.

Expiry Management Tools

Expiry management is the operational backbone of a renewal-based business. The panel should provide: a date-sortable subscription list, a view showing accounts expiring within a configurable window (7 days, 14 days, 30 days) and clear visual indicators for already-expired accounts. These tools allow proactive renewal management rather than reactive recovery after customers lose access.

Trial Account Activation

The panel's trial facility is accessed through the standard account creation interface — select "Trial" as the duration. The panel creates the account without deducting credits. Trial accounts appear in the account list alongside paid subscriptions and can be renewed into paid subscriptions using the same interface when the customer decides to proceed.

Sub-Reseller Administration (Premium)

The Premium management panel includes a sub-reseller tier. From the parent panel, you create sub-reseller accounts, each with a dedicated login. You allocate a credit balance to each sub-reseller from your own balance. Sub-resellers see only their own panel — they cannot access your parent panel or other sub-resellers' data. You see aggregate data at the parent level: total credits allocated, credits consumed by each sub-reseller and their overall activity.

Panel Security Considerations

The management panel controls access to your entire customer base and credit balance. Use a strong, unique password and do not share panel credentials with customers under any circumstances. If you create sub-reseller accounts, treat those credentials with the same care — a compromised sub-reseller account can consume credits and create accounts against your balance.
