The term "reseller portal" refers to the web-based interface through which a reseller manages their operation. It is distinct from the IPTV application customers use to watch content — the IPTV reseller portal is a back-end administration tool, not a viewing interface.

What the Portal Is

The reseller portal is a password-protected web application you log into using credentials provided after purchasing a reseller plan. It runs entirely in your browser — no software installation is required. From within the portal you create customer accounts, activate and renew subscriptions, track your credit balance and monitor account expiry dates.

Access is typically via a URL provided when your account is set up. Some providers use a generic portal URL with your credentials; others issue a branded URL specific to your account tier.

Portal vs IPTV Player App

It is important not to confuse the reseller portal with the IPTV application your customers use. The two are completely separate systems. The portal is where you administer subscriptions — it contains no streaming content and cannot play channels. Your customers never log into the portal. They use a separate IPTV player application (such as IPTV Smarters, TiviMate or a Smart TV application) with the M3U or Xtream credentials generated when you create their account in the portal.

• Customer accounts — Create, edit, renew and deactivate individual customer subscriptions
• Credit balance — View your available credits and track consumption
• Expiry monitoring — Check which subscriptions are approaching expiry
• Trial accounts — Activate 0-credit trials for prospective customers
• Sub-resellers (Premium) — Create and manage reseller accounts beneath your own

Security and Access Control

The portal is accessed with a username and password. Keep these credentials secure — anyone with access to the portal can create accounts, deduct credits and view your entire customer list. Use a strong password and do not share your portal login with customers.

After completing payment for a reseller plan, portal credentials are typically delivered promptly — often within a few hours.
